Tasks

• Preparation of breakfast, lunch and evening meals for our hotel guests (buffet)
• Participation in menu planning and implementation of seasonal food
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards in accordance with the HACCP guidelines
• Organisation of stocks and control of stocks
• Cooperation with the service team for a smooth process

Your qualifications

• Completed training as a cooker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in hotel or gastronomy
• Experience with vegetarian and vegan cuisine of advantage
• Creativity, team spirit and joy in dealing with guests
