50Hertz operates critical infrastructure and the corresponding applications must therefore be highly available. Therefore, I am willing to participate in IT readiness (remote). This includes about 4 weeks a year, in which I can reach ad-hoc problems and coordinate solutions.

completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business informatics or another comparable IT-related discipline, multi-year extensive experience in planning, operation and further development of applications, Experience in service operation (DevOps) of complex web platforms (application servers, databases, middleware, message queueing) ideally in distributed environments, confidentiality with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Splunk, PRTG), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes, understanding of IT security concepts and best practices, experiences with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization, knowledge of database management systems and middleware components, experiences in network infrastructures and network standards, IT project management experience and knowledge of ITIL-based service management (especially in change and incident management), experience in IT provider control, IT monitoring and IT operation management, Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1).
