Technical Site Management / Facility Manager (m/f/d)

You can run our internal team of craftsmen and actively control the technical operation in facility management. You will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the technical building equipment (TGA) (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electric). You can independently plan and implement repairs, renovations and modernizations. You will control budgets, costs and investments and use optimization potential in technical building management. You are responsible for compliance with safety standards and working emergency processes. You can control external service providers and accompany construction and rebuilding measures as contractors. You actively shape object and area management and develop buildings and processes forward-looking.
