You advise our customers and interested parties on our solutions based on AutoCAD and BricsCAD (ARES) and accompany the introduction of the software on site. You are the first contact person in the support (1st level) for customers and interested parties. You present our solutions together with our sales. You train our users and start training documents and e-learnings. You test our software and contribute to quality assurance. You support our marketing.
You have a completed teaching in a technical field or technician training (ideally civil engineering/ surveying), civil engineering or surveying engineer. Alternatively, you have an IT-technical training and are very interested in transport route construction or drainage/water supply. You have experience in road and civil engineering, ideally in surveying, channel/guide planning or road planning. You have already worked with modern CAD planning systems (preferably AutoCAD / BricsCAD) or successfully distributed them. You bring customer orientation, team spirit and communication strength, you are committed and curious about new technologies.
