Ensuring compliance with internal and external licensing requirements, as well as guidelines Managing the entire license life cycle for SAP software products in the company Identification and analysis of licensing requirements and provision of solutions to meet these requirements Cooperation with various departments to identify licence requirements and acquire corresponding licenses Evaluation of the SAP product portfolios and development of recommendations for action Consulting internal stakeholders in SAP migrations from systems to cloud environments, including S/4HANA Conversions and RISE Conducting regular audits to monitor SAP licensing and identify optimization options Development and implementation of licensing strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency Support in the introduction of an SAP Licensing Management Tools Creation and maintenance of license documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders Monitoring and analysis of license metrics to continuously improve license usage

Multiannual expertise in SAP product strategy Proactive and solution-oriented operation Analytical skills and a high level of detail accuracy Communication strength and self-confident appearance Ability to easily and clearly portray and communicate complex facts Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and structured action, and enforcement in difficult situations Completed economic studies or professional training with several years of relevant professional experience Acquired understanding in the field of SAP software licensing and the handling of audits, coupled with good contractual knowledge in the field of license contracts (movement, purchase and subscription) Experience in controlling external license and asset management service providers is advantageous Very good knowledge of SAP license management systems are advantageous Experience in handling licensing tools and processes Flowing German knowledge as well as good English in word and writing we require
