M365 Consultant – Focus on Copilot & Power Automate (m/f/d)

We, the ERHARDT IT Services, are looking for an innovative M365-consultant (m/w/d) that helps our customers identify, implement and sustainably anchor KI-Use-Cases in Microsoft 365 – from the first idea to the successful adoption.

You analyze existing IT architectures and application landscapes and guide suitable copilot/KI-use cases in M365 environments. You design and moderate workshops (use-case-discovery, prioritization, feasibility check) and translate requirements into implementable solution designs. You advise on suitable technologies and workflows (e.g. teams, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, M365 Copilot), accompany the implementation and ensure a clean transfer to the company. You develop enablement and adoption formats: trainings, guideline/prompt libraries, and best practices for departments and IT. As an expert:in you support our sales: you present solutions, execute demos and convince customers:inside of added value. You stay at the heart of time, evaluate new developments in the AI environment and introduce impulses into our performance portfolio.

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting – ideally in the Microsoft 365 / ModernWorkplace environment. Experience with Power Automate, Power BI and No/Low code platforms is desirable. You are actively working with copilot (or other agent systems) and you want to put AI-use cases into practice. You convince with communication strength and explain complex facts in a comprehensible way – in workshops, demos and in exchange with decision-makers:inside. Analytical thinking skills, structured working methods and a high level of quality characterise you. You work independently, are a team player:in and have passion for new technologies and their practical application. Very good German knowledge (at least C1).
