Production planner / production controller (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for production planning and control at our two locations with multiple production lines Schedule and capacity-oriented planning of process orders per plant taking into account technical and organizational optimization aspects Interface management between production, nursery and commercial area – proactive and solution-oriented Independent identification and elimination of short- and medium-term bottleneck situations Ensuring material availability and optimization of working capital Further development of order control, production planning and interface communication by specially initiated optimization measures Promote digitalization and continuous improvement of IT landscape in your area of responsibility

Successfully completed commercial or technical training with further training as master/technician or completed studies (BA/MA) in logistics, material management, production planning or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, control and optimization in a manufacturing industrial company Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as good MS Office skills Good English knowledge of word and writing Embossed Analytical Skills, Structured Operation and High Loadability Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence to internal and external partners Own initiative and entrepreneurial thinking – you are not waiting for tasks, but are actively shaping
