Teamleiter (m/w/d)

With your team you are responsible for all transfer journeys that are currently being carried out from our location between our different branches. Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the goods is your daily task. Close cooperation and coordination with other team leaders for optimal coordination of the processes is actively pursued. Control and deployment planning of employees in your area are organized by you. Compliance with quality, safety and process standards is ensured by you. Support in operational day-to-day business as well as rapid solution finding in case of malfunctions in the process are also included. You're responsible for a team of about 10 people.

A completed training in the field of logistics, forwarding or a comparable qualification is provided. Multiannual experience in the warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with first leadership experience, is brought along. You are characterized by time flexibility and adaptability in your working hours. Organizational strength and a structured way of working distinguish you. Communication skills and enforcement are your strengths. Responsibility and a high level of team orientation are expected. Safe handling of common MS office and warehouse management systems is available.
