You develop the strategic orientation of PBeaKK's knowledge management and shape the future of knowledge access and organisational learning. You identify and prioritize potentials for the improvement of knowledge processes and, together with specialist areas, IT and other stakeholders, develop measures that sustainably support change processes, competence building and knowledge sharing. You analyse existing knowledge flows, identify information losses and develop solutions for higher information permeability. You design the introduction and further development of modern knowledge management tools, including AI-based solutions such as internal knowledge assistants. You develop concepts for knowledge protection, knowledge transfer and continuous updating of knowledge. You work closely with the employees of the business units and competence centers and promote the organizational knowledge transfer. You develop standards, governance models, practical guides, key figures and quality mechanisms for effective knowledge management. You design and moderate workshops, learning formats, training and exchange formats around knowledge management, knowledge transfer and organisational learning. You ideally have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information or Knowledge Management, Organisational Development or a comparable qualification in a subject area relevant to the enrolled job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have professional experience in knowledge management, digitalization management, organization management, change management, learning & development, enablement or comparable tasks. Experiences in organisational development or human resources development are welcome if the focus is on the design of knowledge or learning processes. You understand how knowledge is created, lost and can be sustained. You are interested in modern technologies and their use in knowledge management, in particular in artificial intelligence, search technologies and digital knowledge platforms. You work analytically, structured, solution-oriented and independent. You bring experience in the design and moderation of workshops and in cooperation with different stakeholders.
