You take care of the labour law advice in all individual and collective labour law matters You are responsible for consulting companies in the context of HR Compliance projects, e.g. in the implementation of external personnel compliance systems You advise companies to implement new working methods (Work 4.0) and flexible working models (Working, Remote Work, etc.) In addition, IT and software companies advise you on employment issues (e.g. Agiles Programming, Digital Recruitment) Advice on the flexible use of personnel reserves (e.g. time work, freelancer) is also one of your tasks In addition, you support the planning and implementation of labour law restructuring projects

Your first-class legal skills have been demonstrated by above-average examina as well as ideally an LL.M. and/or a doctorate You are interested in economic relationships and an affinity for personal economic issues Your English is safe to negotiate You enjoy working in international teams and cross-border projects
