The Customer Service Centre (KSC), with around 1000 employees, is the first contact point. The telephone, written and personal advice and information are provided here. The Organisation and Information Technology (IT) division is the central point of contact for all organizational and process issues. The 10-person team optimizes the organization and work processes within the department and continuously adapts them to changing technical and technical conditions. In addition, the department is responsible for the IT infrastructure required for this purpose, which works smoothly and is constantly adapting to the changing challenges, as a basic prerequisite for successful cooperation in the department and the joint optimal achievement of the set goals, in particular in the sense of a pronounced customer orientation.

You have a successfully completed university education (Diplom FH, Bachelor) or equivalent qualification (e.g. specialist*in) or They have completed vocational training in the IT sector or in the office, administration or commercial sector and have at least five years of professional experience in IT. You have at least two years of current professional experience in IT They have an affinity for implementing generic AI, ideally with first professional AI experience You have a high level of problem-solving and control competence You are happy to work in a networking manner with various areas of diverse tasks (special law, information technology, organization) and understand yourself as a service manager for the employees of your department A pronounced learning ability and readiness to learn complete your profile
