Smart Fleet Application & GSE Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of strategies for enterprise applications in the field of fleet management, ensuring complete alignment with the corporate objectives. Responsibility for the entire life cycle of business-critical GSE/Flotten applications, including configuration, optimization, updates, upgrades and continuous development. Coordination of integration of these applications into existing systems and ensuring smooth interaction and trouble-free operation across all departments involved. User support, including training, support and troubleshooting in application-related questions. Monitoring the application performance, incident management, ensuring compliance with security and compliance requirements and close cooperation with IT teams to identify and implement improvements. Proactive cooperation with customers to ensure the best possible user and customer satisfaction in handling the applications used. Central contact point (“vocal point”) for the non-motorized asset tracker, including OEM contact and technical integration of the respective solutions. Active work with the IT system “SmartFLEET” to manage customer fleets, e.g. in terms of maintenance planning, alarm reports and further operational data processes. Monitoring maintenance intervals and ensuring complete documentation of all maintenance activities in the system, in close coordination with the fields of technology, workshop and GSE fleet management.

Complete studies or comparable practical training in the fields of IT, computer science, economics or a related field. Experience in the airport or GSE environment of advantage. Experience in the management of enterprise applications and in lifecycle management systems. Knowledge of enterprise applications, system integration and IT security. Project management experience, especially in implementations or system upgrades. Embossed communication and problem solving skills in German and English. Customer-oriented thinking and working methods.
