The Rastatt plant with around 6,500 employees has been producing the fully-electric compact model EQA since 2021. The factory is also responsible for the production of the A-Class, B-Class, GLA and the new CLA. The Rastatter compact car production covers the entire range of modern drive technologies with burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and thus goes even more precisely on the wishes of demanding customers. These challenges come to you: Paint centre operating the paint center, its systems and pumps Preparation of varnishes Introduction of new colours Molches of the ring line systems adjusting and checking the viscosities Material transport by forklift Maintenance of material data and logistics with the help of the CharMati software Coordination and communication with service providers Monitor and seizure. Topcoat system Preparing and equipping automated painting systems Operation and monitoring of automated painting systems Regular testing of painted bodies in wet condition while maintaining the quality requirements Determine and analyze causes of errors on the product Coordination of maintenance and cleaning work on plants Implementation of VI and simple maintenance work Eliminating sequence disturbances Analyzing the fault cause of plants Correcting programs Monitor and control the production processes Participation in the organisation of group work, REZEI and KVP
