Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Karlsruhe The Mobility Aftermarket (MA) division offers trades and workshops worldwide modern diagnostic and workshop technology as well as a comprehensive automotive and Nfz spare parts range. Around 16 000 employees and a global logistics network ensure that the spare parts come to the customer quickly and on time. MA also offers testing and workshop technology, software for diagnostics, service trainings as well as technical information and services. The division is also responsible for Bosch Car Service, one of the largest independent workshop chains worldwide. The Karlsruhe site has been headquartered in the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years. In this position, you are responsible for the comprehensive program management of chassis components with external reference, ensuring the strategic planning and control of the time-to-market targets as well as the coverage planning and the P&L responsibility for your program. In addition, define detailed technical product specifications and create and monitor the release and testing plans to ensure smooth product development and introduction. Education: completed university studies in chemistry, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, business management or a comparable course Experience and know-how: relevant experience in the program control or release of chassis components for the IAM (replacement part business); at least 5 years of professional experience in product management or engineering of chassis products; sound knowledge of relevant standards and requirements; experience in the analysis of market requirements and the design of corresponding product programs in spare parts trading for chassis components; Experience in cooperation with external partners in an international environment; comprehensive confidentiality with common project management methods Personality and working methods: You think and act entrepreneurially and independently; You have a convincing appearance, are resilient and organized; You work safely in an international environment, have good argumentation and communication skills in the team, as well as across different levels of the company; You are going analytically and decide fact-based Enthusiasm: You have pleasure in business trips Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 86,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
