Process Coordinator Change Processes (m/f/d)

In the field of expertise, you take responsibility for the design, modeling and continuous optimization of business processes in the SAP S/4 HANA Utilities - with particular focus on the supplier change processes according to GeLi Gas and GPKE. In addition, you bring a deep understanding of SAP system architectures and use them specifically to design and implement end-to-end processes. You analyze existing system processes, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable solutions within the framework of the S/4 transformation. In addition, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to accommodate requirements, translate them into concepts and coordinate their implementation. You are responsible for monitoring and quality assurance of the implemented processes as well as clearing system and process errors in the context of wastewater management.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, BWL, or you have skills and experience gained in equivalent activities. In addition, you will bring a deep understanding of SAP systems (IS-U & S/4 HANA Utilities), especially with regard to process design, system architecture and customizing. Your strength lies in the analysis, design and optimization of complex business processes within SAP - focusing on the energy-economic market communication processes (EDIFACT). You also have profound experience in customizing as well as designing and implementing requirements in SAP systems. You are familiar with the regulatory framework in the energy industry and its impact on IT processes.
