From now on, we are looking for a working student / a working student (m/w/d) in commercial material processing in parttime (20 hours per week) for our commercial facility management at our site in Worms.

You perform general commercial tasks, such as processing and checking invoices. In the Fuhrpark area as well as in the organization and administration of parking spaces for employees and customers, you are actively involved. You support the management of our electronic and mechanical access and closing systems. For various tasks relating to real estate management, you will help – from contracting to object documents to preparation and auditing of bills. After incorporation, you act as a contact person for our customers and the contracted service providers (e.g. craftsmen).

You are in business studies, looking for a way to gain practical experience. In the day-to-day operating business, you are going to perform tasks in a structured and independent manner. Your strong service orientation and high readiness to learn are yours. After the installation phase, you are able to take over your tasks independently. You can easily handle the current MS Office products.
