Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform focusing on SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot Creation and Optimization of Modern Intranet, Communication and Teamworkspaces and Enablement of Our Global Key Users Conception and implementation of digital solutions with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot technological advice and support for the areas of expertise in the introduction, optimization and use of digital methods and platforms Analysis, acceptance and qualification of requirements and translation into practical solutions Development and support of co-pilot, agent and AI-based solutions focusing on Microsoft 365 as well as their integration into further business applications Support in building and deploying AI solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Consulting and enable users, content creators and key users to use our Microsoft, Collaboration and AI platforms Creating and implementing training, workshops and enablement measures around Microsoft 365, automation and AI Working in national and international digitalization, collaboration and AI projects

completed training as a specialist informant*in, studies in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification first practical experiences with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, are of advantage Knowledge in the administration of permissions, user groups and access concepts Experience in configuration of SharePoint pages, lists, document libraries and metadata structures ideally first knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) strong service and customer orientation as well as joy in cooperation with users good communication skills and interest in cooperation with international experts very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Interest in new technologies and the continuous development of digital work processes
