The body shall be permanent and full-time at the earliest possible time. The Office for School, Building and Building Management is responsible, among other things, for the construction of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreise property. About 45 buildings are currently being managed and supervised, including large vocational schools, school-children's gardens and a day-care centre, administration buildings, sports halls, residential buildings, refugee shelters and street masters. As an architect, civil engineer or state-tested engineer (m/w/d), you work in the team. You are responsible for the planning, project management, monitoring and settlement of new and modernization measures at the Black Forest Baar-Kreise properties. The Landratsamt Schwarzwald-Baar-Krei is one of the largest employers in the county. The wide range of tasks ranges from classic administration to social assistance, power-driven vehicle approval and waste management to road construction.
