We are looking for you as coordinator (m/w/d) and instructors (m/w/d) for the training and training of young people and adults in the SHK sector! Your duties

• Technical and organizational support of the SHK department
• Contact person for the group
• Supporting the management in the course planning, planning of personnel use and training of the SHK team
• Participation in procurement and workshop equipment in education
• Use as an instructor in the over-company apprenticeship and adult education, in particular master preparation in theory and practice (incl. preparation of teaching documents and presentations according to Framework curricula/ examination regulations, documentation)
• Planning and support of the new building at the Rendsburg site for the SHK area Establishment and technical equipment

Your profile

• Master in Installer- und Heizbauerhandwerk (m/w/d) (m/w/d)
• Good organizational skills and experience in coordination and team leadership
• Communication strength, flexibility and team capability
• ideal experience in project work or construction
• Self-employed and self-employed
• Class B licence with the willingness of changing places of employment in the district of Flensburg
