Hearing aids are miniature high-tech products – and right here you come into play! In our repair department, you make sure that individually manufactured Im-Ohr hearing devices work properly again. Error analysis: You investigate defective hearing aids, analyze error images and document vulnerabilities. precision mechanical repairs: With a calm hand and precision, you set up Im-Ohr hearing devices, under the microscope and with special tool. Soldering & component replacement: If necessary, replace faulty components and perform soldering. Order documentation in the system: All repairs are made in our computer system. End control: After each repair, you check the hearing aids for their perfect function and ensure that our quality standards are complied with. Teamwork & Exchange: You work in an 8-member team where you support each other, share your knowledge and work together to optimize processes.

Must-have: technical understanding and craftsmanship Team spirit and joy in cooperation good German knowledge (min. C1) in word and writing Nice-to-have: completed technical training, e.g. as a radio-acoustic (Geselle), precision mechanic, electronic, microtechnologe, radio technician, radio and television technician, entertainment technician, medical technician (m/w/d) or similar Experience with precise manual work – ideally under the microscope knowledge of the repair of small appliances (e.g. smartphones/handys, watches, medical devices) Basic knowledge of soldering Basic knowledge of how to use MS-Office (m/w/d) with technical skills and a high level of learning are welcome!
