Real Estate International Tax Services Manager (full-time or part-time)

In our team at the Hamburg location, you will take various tasks in the field of taxation: Operational implementation of ongoing tax compliance - processes of real estate funds and real estate companies abroad Tax compliance responsibility for certain investment countries Management of internal and external tax accounting and reporting processes (e.g. creation and monitoring of income tax provisions, source taxes and latent income tax) Processing of all tax-relevant issues of direct and indirect property in cooperation with external tax advisors Control of external tax service providers Responsibility for fund, asset and equity management in ongoing fiscal issues Active cooperation in projects and process optimization

You fit us and this position if you bring the following: Training with specialized tax law (e.g. tax specialist) or an economic study with a tax focus Professional experience in the field of tax law, e.g. in the audit/tax consultancy or tax department of an internationally oriented company and knowledge in international tax law Analytical thinking and self-motivation for further education Very good English skills in word and writing Experience in handling Excel, knowledge in SAP desirable A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
