Tax consultant with a focus on structuring advice (m/f/d)

You are autonomously engaged in comprehensive tax affairs for medium-sized companies with different legal forms, sizes and in various industries. You design and evaluate tax options, including corporate structures, M&A transactions, transformations and financing. The technical opinion on tax and operational issues as well as the support for the acquisition of Neumandaten is also part of your field of activity.

You bring well-founded practical experience in tax advice. Good IT, especially DATEV, and English skills are available. You have a good understanding of economic and tax relations. Structured and independent work characterizes you. You are service-oriented, team-oriented and can inspire yourself for tax issues.
