Then we expect you to have a versatile task in which you can contribute your expertise in production control, disposition and process optimization. As a team leader, you will ensure that goods flows run smoothly and that our customers are reliably supplied. You run and develop your team — including capacity and qualification planning, training and employee discussions. The control and coordination of all operational logistics and manufacturing processes, from material and supplier disposition to shipping, storage and setup planning, are among your tasks. You are responsible for on-time shipments of goods, optimal utilization of personnel and equipment and efficient warehouse organization. You analyze production and logistics data, start reports and contribute to the achievement of the corporate goals. You ensure compliance with safety standards and quality, organize inventory and manage escalation management if necessary. You are actively introducing ideas for the digitization of logistical processes and bringing about the selection and introduction of digital tools and applications. With regard to efficiency, delivery reliability and customer requirements, you are actively driving forward the continuous optimization of production logistics processes.

Your commercial or technical training or a comparable study, ideally with a logistical focus you have successfully completed. You have several years of professional experience in production logistics, in particular in manufacturing control, disposition, supply chain management and project management. You have already successfully led employees and developed teams. You have a pronounced affinity for digital applications and actively promote their use to make processes more efficient and transparent. You are sure to deal with MS Office programs and have experience in dealing with time recording and personal management systems as well as sound ERP knowledge. You like to work in the team, are flexible, resilient and show great commitment at any time. You trade entrepreneurially and economically and actively promote improvements in your areas. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
