They support the sales team and product management in all (customer) contractual issues, the newly established operating unit NXTGEN. The tasks include searches, initials contracting and the incorporation of legal comments from our legal department. In addition, you take over adhoc tasks, e.g. the workup and creation of presentations and customer appointments of the business unit.

You are a student of law in advanced course of study (at least 4th semester). Ideally, you have first knowledge of contract law (Allg. civil law), maritime economic law (sea law), trade and company law as well as environmental law as well as the ability to work into new topics in no time. They are application-proof in the Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. They are communicative and understand complex facts quickly. They are a team player and work reliably, structured and responsible. A high level of self-esteem, durability and flexibility complete your profile.
