Your tasks: You design, develop and update digital learning opportunities for training our software solutions – in the form of videos, interactive e-learning modules and other digital learning formats. If necessary, you will also create e-learning content on internal, product-independent topics. You analyze learning goals and target groups and develop educational concepts and scripts for digital learning offers based on them. You transfer complex technical content into understandable, practical and target-group-oriented learning formats. You work closely with internal experts: in order to ensure the professional accuracy, topicality and quality of the learning content. You professionally implement learning content with author tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, giving you an attractive learning experience. You advise and support specialist experts: in the preparation of specialist content as well as in the creation of own learning and video projects. For customer-specific projects, you agree with internal and external stakeholders to provide learning content on time and in high quality. You support the team through professional exchange, collegial reviews and advice on didactic, content and technical issues. Your profile: You have completed vocational training or studies, for example in the clinical, nursing, commercial, educational or IT-related environment. Knowledge of our HCIS products, especially ORBIS. You ideally have practical experience in creating digital learning media. At best, you have pre-knowledge in author software (e.g. Articulate Storyline) as well as in video editing programs or are ready to continue your education in these areas. You can prepare complex issues in a comprehensible, targeted and linguistically precise manner. You work structured, analytical and self-responsibility and have a high quality awareness. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
