Administrative support for all personnel-related tasks (e.g. the creation of work contracts, personnel communications, hearings of the works council and much more) Management of employee development initiatives Active support in various recruitment and incorporation processes Active support in the further development of our personal processes Active support for selected topics and projects as required

enrolled in a degree course such as business administration, economic education or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on human resources management, labour law or economic education First professional experience in a student job is desirable, ideally in the field of human resources or labour law Self-employed, committed, reliable and careful working Self-conscious and sovereign appearance Quick conception, self-initiative, reliability and a high level of sense of responsibility combined with excellent communication skills Safe handling of MS Office programs Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
