In order to strengthen our team in the Heilbronnn baths we are looking for both unlimited operation and limited support for the outdoor swimming season several Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time / part time

Monitoring of bathing and ensuring a safe environment for our guests Implementation of rescue and first aid measures Support for our visitors and competent information Control, cleaning and maintenance of technical installations and bathing facilities, and carrying out necessary tests Support for courses (e.g. swimming courses, aquafitness) and sauna Participation in institutions and special actions in the bathroom

(m/w/d) as well as valid rescue certificate in silver (or provision for timely renewal) Extensive sense of responsibility and high sensitivity, combined with a fast reaction capability Friendly, patient and service-oriented appearance as well as communication and conflictability even in the event of a high number of visitors Flexibility, performance and team capacity Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work Basic technical understanding and good knowledge of German (min. level B2)
