After Sales support as well as service and service management (e.g. preparation, coordination and tracking of service operations) Cooperation in technical sales, in particular in maintenance and service contracts Preparation and maintenance of customer, product and contract data Implementation of initial contacts by guides and documentation of the results Processing of customer requests and complaints in coordination with service, technology and purchasing Working with commercial and technical evaluations Support in the maintenance of order, service and master data in the ERP system Participation in cross-departmental projects and process improvements in the service environment

Studies (e.g. BWL, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics) or completed commercial or technical training Also suitable for people with strong interest in service, technology and customer processes Structured, reliable and independent operation Communication strength and team capacity Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge of advantage, but no need Interest in technical products, service processes and customer-oriented solutions
