Active further development and optimisation of planned processes by digitization (including BIM, individual interfaces) Conception and development of existing digital systems and CAD structures Bringing your own expertise into diverse planning issues and future topics Development of CAD data solutions in the context of modularized and automated planning approaches Support in construction data determinations and analyses Working on data exchange with other departments to optimize the HVG service portfolio Further development of digital planning and construction processes in housing economic context Acquisition of a central role as a digital interface within the field of open-air planning

IT-close qualification profile with experience in CAD/BIM systems As an alternative development as a BIM coordinator (m/w/d) or digital planner (m/w/d) Alternative Vectorworks “Power User” with interest in automation, system logic, AI Alternatively completed study of landscape architecture, landscape planning, outdoor planning, architecture, green area management or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction drawing) High technical affinity paired with expertise in digital planning with CAD systems Very good knowledge of Vectorworks desirable Experience with parametric objects, data fields and class structures Understanding planning processes in architecture or landscape architecture Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. puppet, python or similar) of advantage Structured, analytical method
