We are building a Greenfield system in the InsurTech area from scratch. No legacy code, no grown old burdens, no decisions of ten years ago you need to bathe today. With your experience, you'll come to a setup where you can really use it: your own architecture decisions, full stack responsibility and direct influence on a product that goes live for millions of daily users.

Our working language is German and we work locally in Hamburg – because architecture discussions on the whiteboard work better than in the ticket commentary. Anyone who technically convinces us gets the opportunity to grow. For the best, the path to a team leader is realistic within a few years.

Design architecture from the beginning: No existing system that you take. You meet technical policy decisions together with the team – based on experience and claim. Working across the entire stack: Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure, DevOps – there are no artificial boundaries. At least 4 years of experience in software development: In agile environments, with detectable depth in one topic. Experience with software architecture or greenfield projects makes entry easier, but is not a prerequisite. C1) and communication skills: Technical discussions and voting in the team take place in German. In the code review, you give honest feedback and expect it to return.
