Leadership & Team Development: They lead a team of up to seven customer supporters disciplined and professional. They actively promote the further development and motivation of your employees. Quality and efficiency: With your team, you ensure the professional support of the real estate stock and provide high service quality to tenants and business partners and actively initiate quality assurance measures. Process management & control: They ensure smooth operations in the operational inventory management and continuously develop them. Planning & Budget Responsibility: They actively contribute to the planning and economic use of budgets and support the service office management in economic planning as well as in analyses, planning and coordination on investment in the stock. Stakeholder communication: They represent STADT AND LAND internally and externally, perform representative tasks and maintain a constructive exchange with all stakeholders.

Qualification: completed studies in the real estate sector / real estate management / real estate management or comparable completed training with additional qualification (e.g. real estate specialistin, real estate economicsin). Experience in Property Management: Multiannual professional experience in the management of residential properties, as well as knowledge in rental law and ideally in contract law. Management competence: They understand themselves as a coaching manager who inspires, empowers and transmits responsibility. Communication strength: They act binding, diplomatic and solution-oriented – both internally and externally.
