Head of the AP Training, Sifa Course Development and Cross-Sectional Tasks Unit

Your tasks: As part of the management of the unit, you are responsible for the management of staff, personnel and the organisation of work, as well as the safety and health of employees at work. Project management including budget planning and monitoring as well as cost-responsibility are your responsibility as well as the participation in specialist bodies of the DGUV and other institutions, possibly also their management. Your other activities include: Training of supervisors (AP) Conceptual and subject-related development as well as support in the design and development of the education offering Analysis of training needs for the target groups and the establishment of annual educational programmes in coordination with other stakeholders Control and coordination of the implementation of the cross-carrier AP training incl. Quality assurance and acquisition of lecturers Course of specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) Didactic, methodological and professional development including digitization of Sifa offers and Sifa learning world in coordination with other actors & actors Technical, methodological and technical development of the practical fields of the unit Initiation, leadership and cooperation in in interdisciplinary research, development and consulting projects Advising trade unions and accident insurance companies and publications on the subject

Completed academic studies (Master or Diploma) of the Department of Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent knowledge and experience proven multiannual experience in managing employees Detection as a supervisor according to SGB VII §18 or certificate of competence for occupational safety according to ASiG §7 Professional experience in adult education desirable Experiences in interdisciplinary project work and expert panel work Conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation skills Creativity, innovativeness and service orientation readiness to regular, also multi-day missions
