Exemption from care You bundle and coordinate family work and are available as a mediator You develop strategies with your team for dealing with relatives Introduction and guidance of trainees, nurses and social care staff, observation of trainees and nurses Support and moderation of case talks Cooperation with local offers of family relief, planning and design of family meetings As an expert in your area, you get the opportunity to introduce yourself creatively
