As a competent:r and experienced:r Oberbauleiter:in (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex, turnkey construction measures in Berlin. Your area of responsibility essentially includes the following fields of activity: Generally responsible management of construction projects in the construction of high and turnkey construction Monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes and control of the building site results Negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors Staff deployment planning and management Support for customer contacts and acquisition

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the execution of larger projects Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in the field of construction Enforcement, negotiation skills and leadership experience An independent, committed and systematic way of working entrepreneurial thinking and action, willingness to use, initiative and team spirit complete your profile
