Working to implement production system and digitalization projects in our plants Review and further development of production standards with focus on digital applications Development and design of appropriate training and training programs for employees Cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams and participation in meetings and workshops

Area of study: Economic engineering, production engineering, technical business, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking and a structured working method High initiative and commitment Interest in cross-departmental project management and cooperation with various contact persons Ideally first contact points with production processes First experience with AI to create training materials of advantage Curiosity and openness for innovative solutions
