Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

You run a small team in the respective department, both professionally and disciplinefully, and are active support of the associated department manager. You are responsible for the timing and quality of all orders according to (SAP) requirements (lead time, customer focus, prioritization). We count on you in ensuring and complying with operational requirements regarding safety, quality, quantity and schedule, while working closely with the adjacent departments to keep order documents, work and test instructions up to date. You are actively involved in the implementation of our production plan, lean management and our SAM training cycle as well as the escalation management so that we are becoming better and better for our customers together.

You have a further education on the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d), technologist (m/w/d), process engineer (m/w/d), chemistry, food technology, production technology or comparable. You have a multi-year, successful professional experience in a comparable position and have experience with employee leadership/development and motivation. You have a very good technical understanding and basic business knowledge. You are safe in dealing with common ERP systems as well as general IT skills and have knowledge of process optimization programs (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen). You are self-initiative, result-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and has the ability to (self-)reflective. You are ready to participate in shift operation.
