Head (m/w/d) Technical Internal Service in Civil Engineering and Bridge Construction

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed line (m/w/d) for our technical interior service in engineering and bridge construction, preferably based at our locations in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.

You take over the technical management of the internal service in engineering and run the teams of costing, work preparation, contract management and technical controlling. You analyze tender documents, evaluate opportunities and risks and introduce your own ideas and special suggestions. You are responsible for the processing and coordination of tenders, tenders, offers and awards. You are involved in budget planning and cost control. You calculate your own and after-contracting services, first schedules and develop BE and crane concepts. You are the central point of contact for clients, planners and internal areas of expertise both during delivery processing and during execution. You are shaping contract and contract negotiations – in close coordination with the branch office.

A completed study in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in calculation, work preparation and construction – ideally in bridge or engineering Very good knowledge of building law (VOB) and in the audit of contract Safe handling of industry-typical software – especially RIB iTWO, MS Project and Power Project Careful, structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team capacity and joy in cooperation with a wide range of project participants First leadership experience or motivation to actively take on this responsibility
