Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d)

We are an owner-operated retail company with currently 127 locations and more than 1,300 employees in Germany. As an all-round discounter, we have been on the market with over 30,000 articles for almost 60 years. We are currently in a dynamic growth phase and are planning to further expand our branch network. In order to further optimize our administrative processes, we are looking for a dedicated and structured specialist staff (m/w/d), HR Administrator (m/w/d), commercial staff (m/w/d) or staff department (m/w/d) in full time, which supports our team with organizational talent, service orientation and pleasure in varied tasks.

Maintenance and updating of personnel and master data in the HR system Creation of work contracts, contract changes and certificates Communication with health insurance funds, public authorities and social security institutions Preparation, dispatch and administration of personal-relevant correspondence Processing of daily emails, inquiries and documents from branches and administration Support in appointment management for HR talks, onboarding and internal voting

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First experience in human resources or administrative activities Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with HR systems Structured, careful and absolutely reliable operation Joy of administrative work, organization and communication High service orientation and reliable handling of sensitive data
