How to connect operational implementation with strategic control: You coordinate and tax projects within the framework of the program management - from initiation to completion - and ensure the achievement of the target. Together with portfolio management, you will design future projects and develop the project landscape in your network region. Together with our project managers, you will ensure the implementation of extensive network development projects and will be the key player for the high-voltage construction program - including progress, budget, time and risk overview as well as regular reporting. You take responsibility for building and developing a range-wide capacity planning and ensure the coordination and control of the capacities across all projects. You identify bottlenecks early, take appropriate measures and create transparency for sound prioritization decisions. You continuously develop control processes, key figures and tools for sustainable capacity and program control.
