Control or construction of real estate projects taking into account the performance images and areas of action of the AHO or HOAI Ensuring efficient and successful project execution with regard to costs, dates and qualities across all performance phases Control of procurement and procurement processes Head of the internal and external project team Contact for contractors, architects, authorities and other project participants Development of risk mitigation measures

You have a bachelor/master degree in the field of civil engineering, construction technicians, project management, architecture, BWL (construction) or comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience and proven references in construction as project manager or building manager You have a well-founded knowledge of AHO writings, VOB, HOAI and construction and procurement law You have a safe handling of relevant software tools (PlanRadar, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams) At best you have a certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, GPM), which is advantageous You have a very good expression in word and writing (German) You have the willingness to project-dependent travel in the country You convince by your own initiative and safe occurrence
