Senior AI Business Partner (m/f/d)

When it comes to artificial intelligence, you are the first point of contact. Together with our business stakeholders, you identify, prioritise and develop AI initiatives – from the first question to the concrete added value for the bank. You listen carefully, understand the challenges of our disciplines and help to make AI use cases based on exciting ideas. You evaluate opportunities and feasibility, support the implementation and recommend suitable technologies, platforms and solutions. You accompany the development and further development of our AI solutions and agents with bowls and keep in mind technical and technological requirements. AI adoption means that new solutions are used in the organization in a sensible and sustainable manner. To do this, you identify new applications and develop formats that develop knowledge and skills around AI. With relevant KPIs you make progress visible and create the basis for good decisions. You take control and reporting of AI adoption and AI enablement and translate data into clear management insights. National, international, and market-relevant developments in the field of AI are on track, constantly monitoring trends, evaluating their relevance and deriving from what is important for our bank. As a key player, you connect business, tech and risk. You build a strong network, bring different perspectives together, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and accompany voting. Whether a workshop, training or an enablement format: you convey complex content clearly, practically and with enthusiasm. This helps you to develop knowledge and skills around AI throughout the organization. In the end, you are sleeping the bridge between strategic goals, concrete business requirements and technological possibilities – and make sure that AI does not remain abstract, but arrives where it can develop effect.

Complete study of computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, economic informatics or a comparable quantitative study programme Multiannual professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI Consulting or a related environment Embossed understanding of modern AI technologies, in particular of AI and agent systems, as well as their practical application in companies Practice in design, evaluation or implementation of data-driven solutions and AI Use Cases Impressed communication skills with the ability to make technological connections understandably for business target groups and to translate complex requirements into pragmatic solutions Experience in stakeholder management and joy in cooperation with contact persons of different disciplines and hierarchical levels Experience in project management, coordination or management of cross-departmental initiatives Knowledge of data, AI risk and governance issues High initiative, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies Safe appearance and experience in the moderation of workshops, trainings and presentations Analytical and structured operation combined with pragmatic implementation competence Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions German and English flowing in word and writing
