Tasks

Creation and processing of import and export declarations

• manufacture of customs and tariff regulations
• Implementation of sample checks on quality assurance -Provide and manage customs permits and documentation
• Creation of semi-annual and annual reports for customs authorities -Exhibition and management of long-term supplier declarations and certificates of origin -Communication with customs authorities and internal specialist departments -Support for internal and external audits

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Multiannual experience in customs and foreign trade -Funded knowledge of customs law and customs clearance
• Safe handling of Excel (especially VLOOKUP and pivot tables) -Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing -Structured, independent working and team skills -Promotion to work in the hybrid model (2-3 days mobile, possibly also completely on site) -Work permit for Germany without restrictions
