Your job

• As head of IT support, you lead around 7 employees and develop them professionally and personally.
• You shape the client software and end device landscape as well as the corresponding processes in the HanseWerk group and create the interface between IT, the specialist areas and IT service providers.
• For support at our locations, you can organize the appropriate operations, request feedback and improve the quality and perception of IT services with our colleagues through ongoing optimizations.
• You carry out cross-group-wide activities, carry out projects together with other E.ON subsidiaries and represent the Hansewerk Group in appropriate bodies.
• As a leader, you win the heart and mind of people, carry motivation and energy into the team and stand as a model for our values. Your profile
• You have a successfully completed technical (special) university degree.
• You bring multi-year professional and ideally first leadership experience.
• You are actively engaged and self-reflecting with the topic of leadership and have a modern understanding of leadership, making it possible for you to achieve the goals of your team.
• You are passionate about the ongoing optimization of the IT landscape as well as effective and efficient operation. For this, you have extensive knowledge of ITIL framework and technical experience in the administration of Windows clients.
• Your strengths include strong entrepreneurial and strategic action and a high customer orientation.
• You have a high communication capability, a convincing appearance and enforcement capability and are able to present complex facts in general.
• You actively drive changes and find new ways to improve existing ones.
