Tax expertise: They have successfully completed or strive for the audit of tax advisors and have a well-founded knowledge of tax law as well as experience in the annual accounts and the creation of tax returns. Analytical thinking: You love to penetrate complex facts, solve tax challenges and analyze numbers. Communication strength: You can explain complex topics in a comprehensible way and appreciate the direct exchange with clients and colleagues. Client orientation: Your work is service-oriented, and you go to the individual needs of clients – from individuals to companies. Team player with own initiative: They are actively involved in the team, are happy to work independently and help develop our firm. Organizational talent: deadlines are not a stress factor for you, but a motivating challenge – you always keep an overview and manage your tasks efficiently.
