• Attractive over-tariff compensation based on TV BZ Chemie with an entry fee of 18,00 € to 20,00 €, depending on of qualification and professional experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Operation and monitoring of highly automated systems Packaging of tablets, film tablets and dragees
• Preparation of production lines for the respective orders and provision and supply of the required Packaging materials
• Implementation of necessary setup and conversion work including the exchange of product-specific machine parts
• Continuous monitoring of ongoing packaging processes and Implementation of established controls to ensure that: consistently high product quality
• detection of irregularities and technical disturbances and separate correction of minor incidents or transfer to the relevant technical fields
• cleaning of machines, plant parts and Work areas and implementation of the visual inspections provided
• Review of the materials used and packaged medicinal products for proper processing and compliance established quality requirements
• Complete and GMP-compliant recording of all relevant Production, control and process data in the planned written and electronic documentation systems
• Consistent compliance with applicable GMP, hygiene, quality and safety requirements as well as product related Work instructions
• Support for reliable production processes early detection and transfer of process and Quality deviations

PROFIL

• Ideally completed at least two years Vocational training in industrial, technical, pharmaceutical or food technology, for example as a machine and , Pharmakant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemistry (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the operation and monitoring of production or packaging systems as well as safe handling of the corresponding plant sequences
• Experience from the pharmaceutical, food or one comparable regulated industry is advantageous
• Good technical understanding as well as the ability to complex quickly capture production and plant processes and safe to understand
• Excellent quality and hygiene awareness and knowledge the applicable GMP requirements or more comparable Quality standards
• Safe handling of digital applications and Documentation systems as well as good user knowledge in the common Microsoft Office Programs
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing for safe understanding of work, quality and safety requirements and proper documentation of production processes
• readiness to work in the 3-layer system with early, late and Night shift
• Self-employed and structured working and a high degree care, reliability and sense of responsibility
