• As Haustechniker Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) you take over the maintenance and maintenance of the technical equipment at the BAUHAUS Service Center Deutschland in Mannheim.

• Their focus is on the supervision of building control technology and the optimization of electrical and control systems.

• They coordinate external specialist companies and external experts, such as VdS examiners or DEKRA examiners, and ensure their smooth cooperation.

• They ensure compliance with dates, cost frames and predefined quality standards for all projects.

• In addition, you are a contact person:for all questions concerning electrical systems and IT-supported applications in the building.

• Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics, ideally with further training (e.g. masters or technicians) with several years of professional experience in the maintenance of building engineering facilities, especially in the field of electrical engineering

• Knowledge of DIN VDE standards and requirements for electrical systems, safety tests and building control

• Good IT skills, especially in working with system software as well as popular applications such as Excel and other office programs

• Self-responsible and solution-oriented work and pronounced communication strength

• Class B licence

• German language skills (at least C1)
