You are responsible for the planning and further development of the operating organization on site and for continuous optimization After commissioning, you transfer the technical installations to the control operation and accompany the construction-side decreases as well as the warranty management You plan and coordinate the maintenance and testing tasks and pay attention to compliance with statutory and internal safety regulations You ensure smooth building operation and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements You are responsible for budget planning and cost management in real estate management You are the contact person:in for users:inside and run the Haustechnik team at the location

You ideally have completed your studies in a technical field (e.g. building technology, energy technology, utility technology, electrical engineering) You have at least 4 years of experience in the technical management of buildings and/or installations You have a high IT affinity You have a high level of customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills You will always meet the right sound in a conversation with team-mates, superiors and external project participants You are also going on your projects independently and structured in work-intensive phases and show flexibility, team spirit and responsibility
