Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of logistical processes Analysis of existing logistics processes for identifying optimization potentials Definition and implementation of process standards, guidelines and best practices Interdisciplinary cooperation with purchasing, production, quality management and other disciplines to ensure efficient material flow Implementation of training and workshops to promote process-oriented actions with employees Creation of reports and documentation on process characteristics, performance measurements and optimization results Participation in the introduction of new systems, tools and technologies for the automation of logistical processes Support for Budget Planning, Monitoring and Controlling in Logistics

Complete study or comparable qualification, e.g.: Business Administration, Supply Chain / Quality Management or Logistics (at least Bachelor) Multiannual experience in logistics or process management Knowledge of the analysis and optimization of processes, e.g. Lean Management or Six Sigma Experience in handling modern logistics systems and corresponding software Safe handling of MS Office, also with advanced functions Very good knowledge of German and English
