Dispatcher in local and/or long-distance transport (international) - hybrid working (remote & presence)

For an internationally active logistics company with long-term market presence and modern structures, we are looking for a dedicated dispatcher (m/w/d). In this position, you play a central role in managing and coordinating national and/or international transport and actively contribute to ensuring smooth logistics processes. Precise disposition of daily transport orders taking into account dates and profitability Active communication with customers, national and international partners and their own branches Telephone appointment with senders and recipients Strategic purchasing of carriers from economic perspective Assessment of freight carriers in terms of quality and reliability Searching and setting of cargo in freight exchanges Efficient collection of orders in the forwarding program Certain handling of freight shipments Control and consistent follow-up of appointment arrangements Collection and careful processing of complaints Direct coordination with stock, disposition and customer service for smooth cooperation

Professional experience in forwarding, preferably in road transport Very good knowledge of German and English; French or other foreign languages are of advantage, but no condition Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Structured, reliable and independent operation Embossed communication skills and team orientation
