Drawing machine according to requirements for the inlet diameter and with the drawn insert provided Inject blank wire according to the requirements for the paint wire diameter in the individual paint application systems with paint nozzles or with lacquering felts Set the coating speed and coil type according to requirements on the Wickler Use lubricant according to requirements Set inline test systems according to specifications (IPT/ I-FACT) Conducting quality tests (start-up testing) according to specifications and provision of the paint wire sample for the quality tester Adjust preferred flat wire Replace the bobbin with lubricant thread or refill liquid lubricant Refill paint as required Remove finished paint wire coils, log in to the computer system, perform operator self-check on the product according to specifications and document Put all lacquer wire coils on the coil conveyor Control and documentation of the wire running, inline cutting machine, glowing, painting oven, paint supply, inline testing systems, lubricant application and winding unit

Completed two-year professional training (e.g. industrial mechanic, energy electronics or machining mechanic) Basic knowledge of metal processing Operation of machine controls desirable knowledge of operator self-checking desirable Your working time: Fully continuous three-shift operation with a monthly working time of 152.25h (full time)
